POP3 and IMAP email id configure on Blackberry Z10 phone.

Step01:-

1.     Please go to the Start screen, to configure POP or IMAP email id on Blackberry Z10 phone. Please choose Settings from drop down menu.
Step02:-
2. Now choose option Accounts.
Step03:-
3. Select the option Add Account.
Step04:-
4. Now choose Advance option.
Now you can configure POP or IMAP account. To configure POP account select POP or to configure IMAP account select IMAP.

Step05:-
5. Select the option POP.
Step06:-
 6. Description:- Put any description.
7. Display Name:- Give a name for your mail.
8. Username:- Username should be your email ID.
9. Email Address:- Put your valid email address.
10. Password:-   The password for your email address.
11. Server Address:- Enter your incoming mail server. Your incoming mail server is mail.(your domain name). So, for example, if your  domain name is example.com, your incoming mail server will be mail.yourdomain.com.
12. Port: 110 (Incoming mail server port number for POP.)
Step07:-
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
13. Use SSL:- off
14. SMTP Username:- Same email id that you used for username on your incoming mail server.
15. SMTP Password: - password for your email address.
16. SMTP Server Address:- Enter your ougtoing mail server. Your outgoing mail server is the same as your incoming mail server    (mail.yourdomain.com).
17. Port: 25 (SMTP port number)
18. SMTP Encryption:- off
19. Sync Interval:- 30 Minutes
20. Initial Retrival Ammount : - 30 Day
21. Done
IMAP account configuration.
Step08:-
22. Select IMAP.
Step09:-
23. Description:- Put any description.
24. Display Name:- Give a name for your mail.
25. Username:- Username should be your email ID.
26. Email Address:- Put your valid email address.
27. Password:-   The password for your email address.
28. Server Address:- Enter your incoming mail server. Your incoming mail server is mail.(your domain name). So, for example, if your domain name is example.com, your incoming mail server will be mail.yourdomain.com.
29 ..Port: 143 (Incoming mail server port number for IMAP.)
Step10:-
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
30. Encryption:- off
31.  IMAP Path Prefix:- INBOX
32. SMTP Username:- Same email id that you used for username on your incoming mail server.
33. SMTP Password: - password for your email address.
34. SMTP Server Address:- Enter your ougtoing mail server. Your outgoing mail server is the same as your incoming mail server (mail.yourdomain.com).
35. Port: 25 (SMTP port number)
36. SMTP Encryption:- off
37. Use push if supported:- off
38. Sync Interval:- 30 Minutees
39. Initial Retrival Ammount : - 7 Days
40. Done
Now your POP or IMAP account is ready to use.
