Atmail Webmail - Compose email, file attachments, signature and mail deletion

To Login into the Atmail typed the following address http://webmail.<your domain name> e.g. webmail.yourdomain.com as shown in the below figure.



Now typed User name, the domain name and password respectively as show in the below figure and click Login to proceed.



Read New Mails from Inbox.
 

Click Inbox to read the New Mails.




Below is the screenshot of Atmail Inbox.




Compose a New Mail.

To write a New Mail just click on Compose.



A new window would open.Type in the recipient's email address(s), Subject of the mail and text of the mail. Then click on 'Send Message' to send the mail.



File Attachment.

To attach any file click on the Attachments icon on the LHS of the window.



A new window will appear. Click on Browse another window will come with list of files and folders Select the File to be attached and click Open.



Beside the Browse button there will show the full path of the file, then click Attach and click Done to save the attachment. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to attach more files.



Attachment will show as below figure.



Add Signature.
 

To add Signature click on the Settings.



A page will appear called WebMail Preferences as in the associated figure. At the bottom of the screen you will find Email Signature. Typed the Signature in the adjacent box and click on the Save Settings at the LHS of the screen.It will be attached to all outgoing emails automatically.




Delete Individual mail and all mails from Folder.
 

To delete any individual mail Select the Mail you want to delete >> Right click on it >> a drop down box will appear >> Click on Delete on that Box or you can press Delete from keyboard.



To delete all the mails from any folder click on Folders.



Now, Click on the Delete Icon at the Right Hand Side, as shown in the attached figure.

Log Out from Atmail.

Now log out from AtMail by clicking LogOff.
