1. Put the URL: https://103.227.62.8/ in internet explorer, then download and install Microsoft Silverlight.  

   2. After that allow the site SSL error(Currently no valid SSL was installed, we will install valid SSL later). 

3. Next put user-id and password and click on Sign-in button(User-id and password should be provided form our end).   

4. Now go to Virtual Machine, select the VM you want to Turn Off or Turn On. Turn Off button will change to Turn ON if the VM is in Turn Off Mode. 

Note: You can also connect server over RDP using Remote Desktop button.
