How to Export / Import Emails, Contacts from Zimbra Panel

Step 01: Follow the below steps to Export emails data from zimbra.

1. Login to the email address from the URL zcs.diademtech.in

2. Select the Preference tab.

3. Now click on Import / Export option.

4. Enable the Advance Settings option. Then follow the below settings as per your requirement:

• Select the Type Accounts or Contacts.
• Select the Source (you can select any folder as per your requirement)
• Select the Data Type check boxes as per your requirement.
• Select the Starting Date and Ending Date of the exported data.
• Enable the Other option, if you need to export only content files.

5. Now click on Export button.

6. It will prompt a popup to save the exported data in .tgz format.

7. Your exported data is now saved in local system.

Step 02: Follow the below steps to Import emails data from zimbra.

1. Login to the email address from the URL zcs.diademtech.in

2. Select the Preference tab.

3. Now click on Import / Export option.

4. Enable the Advance Settings option. Then follow the below settings as per your requirement:

• Select the Browse to locate the zip file.
• Select the Destination (you can select any folder as per your requirement)
• Select the Resolve  check boxes as per your requirement.
• Select the Starting Date and Ending Date of the exported data.

5. Now click on Import button.
