Step 1: Go to Subscriptions > example.com > Backup & Restore > Schedule.
Step 2: Check the Activate backup task checkbox and select the time for the backup task
Step 3: Check the Use incremental backup checkbox then select the Perform full backup option and type the maximum number of files to be stored
Step 4: In the Backup settings option choose which options you need to backup and select the FTP storage option in which the backup to be stored as shown below
Step 5: Check the Exclude log files checkbox. Put the email ID where notifications should be sent when any error occurs during this backup
Step 1: Go to Subscriptions > example.com > Backup & Restore > Click on the backup date which you want to restore
Step 2: Select the option from the selected objects which you want to restore. In the drop-down menu choose which type of object you want to restore after selecting the selected object option
Step 3: Select the mail accounts whose backup should be restored
Step 4: To restore the database backup choose the Database option from the drop-down menu and select the 'databases' which you want to be restored then click on the Restore option
Step 5: For restoring the site's backup choose the 'Sites' option from the drop-down menu and select the sites which you want to be restored
Step 6: To restore the domain files choose the Files of domains option from the drop-down menu and select the 'files' which you want to be restored
