Remove suppressed subscribers from Emailconnect list

Step 1: At first login to the emailconnect panel and goto Lists section, then select the particular list from the list menu. 

Step 2:  Now click on Subscriber Action and then Remove subscriber button. 

Step 3: Next from drop down menu, select the option Given email address and put the mail-id you want to remove from Suppression List, then click on Remove Subscribers button.

Please note: You can remove more than one mail-id at a time, for this put each mail-ids in different line. For bulk removal of Suppressed mail-ids, please generate a support ticket on support[at]diadem.in with list of suppressed email-ids.
