Follow these steps to archive all emails older than a specific date:
Open Outlook.
Click on File.
Go to Tools → Clean Up Old Items.

Select the folder you want to archive (e.g., Archive-Testing).
Choose "Archive this folder and all subfolders".
In "Archive items older than", select the date (April 03, 2026).
Choose a location to save the archive file (.pst) or keep the default location.
Click OK.

All emails older than the selected date will be moved to a .pst archive file stored on your local system.

These emails can be accessed anytime through Outlook from your local machine.

Log in to webmail and check if Emails are removed from the server.

Use this method if you want to archive only specific emails instead of all emails before a date.
Open Outlook.
Navigate to the folder that contains the emails (e.g., Archive-Testing) and select the emails you want to archive.
Right-click on the selected email, then choose Move → Other Folder.

Select the archive folder that was created separately in Outlook and is stored on your local system.
Click OK.
Only the selected emails (moved to the folder) will be archived into the .pst file.
Archived emails are stored locally in a .pst file, not on the mail server.
Ensure you back up the .pst file to avoid data loss.
You can reopen the archive file anytime in Outlook.
