Steps to set up Exchange ActiveSync on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

 Steps to add your Exchange ActiveSync account, you can sync your Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes wirelessly with your iOS device.

   Add your Exchange account

  1. Tap Settings > Accounts and Passwords > Add Account > Exchange.

          
 

         
 

    Enter your address

  1. Enter your email address. You can also enter an account description.

         
 

  Connect to the Exchange Server

  1. After you enter your email address, you can choose either Configure Manually or Sign In to connect to your Exchange Server.
  2. If you select Configure Manually, you can set up an Exchange account with Basic authentication. Enter your email password. You might also be prompted to enter additional server information.
  3. If you select Sign In, your email address is sent to Microsoft to discover your Exchange account information. If your account uses multi-factor authentication, you'll be guided through a custom authentication workflow.
     

       
 

 Sync your content

  1. You can sync Mail, Contacts, CalendarsReminders, and Notes. When you're finished, tap Save.
